Clients

If you are in a therapeutic relationship and would like to keep your primary therapist and still work with me either with EMDR or trauma processing - this can be done. It is called adjunct therapy. I see you for a short period of time and you continue to see your wonderful therapist! It is best practice to have a conversation with your practitioner about this route.

EMDR and the brain
“Trauma is personal. It does not disappear if it is not validated. When it is ignored or invalidated the silent screams continue internally heard only by the one held captive. When someone enters the pain and hears the screams - healing can begin.”
